Shipping Policy
Lead Times and Manufacturing Process:
At Coverly, we take pride in our commitment to manufacturing your shutters promptly. However, it's important to understand that our stated lead times are estimates based on that months averages. There are occasions when orders actually arrive ahead of these lead times, a testament to our dedication.
It is important to acknowledge that due to the bespoke nature of our product, unforeseen delays can occur. If a component goes out of stock, rest assured that we make every effort to replenish our inventory swiftly. Again, we generally remain within our lead time projections.
Shipping Carriers and Procedures:
The majority of our orders are dispatched via FedEx. For larger orders, we may need to palletize the items and send them via LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping. Should this be necessary, a representative from Coverly will reach out to provide further details. When shipping LTL, carriers typically coordinate a delivery appointment to ensure a smooth process.
Shipping Damage:
We package our shutters with utmost precision to minimize potential damages during transit. Yet, given the delicate nature of our products, shipping damages can occasionally happen. If you find any damage upon receiving your order, please send us a photo of the affected product. We will promptly issue a remake. Please note, remakes are prioritized in our factory and tend to be dispatched faster than standard orders.
Shipping Limitations:
Please note that currently, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. For inquiries about potential future shipping expansions or alternative arrangements, feel free to contact our customer service team.
