Fit-Right Guarantee

The biggest concern we hear from customers is “what if the shutters don’t fit?” We understand the concern, which is why we introduced the Fit-Right Guarantee. 

If your Coverly shutters don't fit to the point that they are inoperable*, don't worry! Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll manufacture new shutters in the dimensions you need, at no extra cost. You'll only be responsible for the shipping fee of $85 per shutter.

Important Points to Consider:

  • You're entitled to a maximum of one (1) remake per order.
  • Remade shutters must be of the same type, color, and include the identical features and options you initially chose.
  • Photographic evidence may be necessary for validation.
  • The remade product will only be shipped to the original name and delivery address.

An additional freight charge of $95 will be applied to remade shutters exceeding 92" in either width or height. Please note that shutters covered by the Fit-Right Guarantee policy are not eligible for returns. This offer is available one time per person per lifetime.

*(A plantation shutter is considered "inoperable" due to mis-measurement if the dimensions of the shutter frame/panels are either too small to securely attach within the designated mounting space or too large to fit within the window opening.)

Returns

At Coverly, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom-made plantation shutters that meet your exact specifications. As each product is individually tailored to your needs, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty items.

Damages/Defects

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will gladly replace it for you. To initiate the replacement process, please contact our customer support team at sales@coverlyshutters.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

When reaching out to us, please provide detailed information regarding the issue, including clear descriptions and supporting photographs if applicable. This will enable us to assess the problem accurately and expedite the resolution process. Our dedicated team will work swiftly to address the concern and arrange for a replacement of the faulty item.

Warranty

Lead Times

At Coverly, we are committed to providing our customers with timely and efficient service. Our estimated lead times are calculated based on the trailing three months of data, offering a comprehensive and updated insight into our delivery expectations.

However, we acknowledge the challenges presented by ongoing supply chain issues globally. These unforeseen circumstances can occasionally limit the stock of shutter parts, impacting our ability to meet the initially estimated lead times. While these instances are exceptions rather than the norm, they are a reality we strive to manage proactively.

Changes/Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations are allowed if initiated within one business day (Monday-Friday) following the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations beyond this one business day period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Colors

We understand that choosing the perfect color for your shutters is a crucial aspect of your purchasing decision. We strive to present our color options as accurately as possible. However, it's essential to recognize that digital screens, due to their inherent nature, may not always depict colors with complete accuracy. The variations in display settings and lighting conditions can affect the color perception on computer screens.

To mitigate this issue and ensure that you select a color that meets your exact preferences and requirements, we highly recommend ordering physical color samples. Having a tangible sample allows you to view the color in the specific lighting conditions of your space, offering a more accurate representation.

Additionally, please be aware that there can be slight variations in dye colors from one lot to another due to the intricacies of the dyeing process. While we try to maintain consistency, we cannot guarantee that the delivered product will be an exact match to the provided samples.
