Well packaged and high quality I was worried it would feel cheap at this price and it does not room stays dark and the glass is cooler in the afternoon quick install.
The fabric is beautiful and the light filtering is exactly what we wanted for the living room soft during the day without being dark Sam helped me pick the right one and it arrived well packaged easy to hang after that.
Look is exactly what I wanted, clean and dark. Outside mount sticks out a bit more than I pictured on this shallow trim. I can live with it. Pairing in the app was fiddly until Sam pointed me to the right screen. After that, no issues. Would still tell a neighbor to measure twice and then just do it.
I almost talked myself out of these because the number looked too low to be good hardware. Brackets are stout. Screws that came in the bag are not the flimsy ones I am used to from a box store. My sister had a company do hers for twice the cost and the metal on ours feels the same in the hand.
Other sites nickel-and-dimed the remote and the motor. This was one number and it made sense. Wide opening needed a second person to click in. Everything else I did alone in about 15 minutes a window. Alexa in the morning. I keep telling my brother to skip the in-home appointment
The south window is tall and I did not want a chain hanging there like a decoration. Motorized was the point. Wired my thinking around a remote and then ended up using Alexa in the morning when I have coffee in both hands. They roll up clean so you barely see them. Room goes dark when they are down. Wide one needed a second person to click into the brackets. Everything else I did alone
I am not handy beyond a TV mount and these still went up. Measuring took longer than hanging them. Andrew confirmed outside mount after I sent a photo of the trim. That probably saved a remake. Zigbee found the motor immediately. I have only charged them once. Sunrise is not running the room anymore.
The house-call guy was pleasant and the number was not. I compared two other websites after that and still landed here because the motor and the remote were included instead of a long add-on list. Hung the tall window myself. Jordan confirmed outside mount from a photo before I drilled. Easy to live with. I raise them from the couch and that is the whole review.
pretty much happy with the whole thing tall window no chain which was the point motor is quiet hardware feels better than the price and I saved a lot versus the house visit the only thing is the paper in the box is basically nothing so I watched the video and messaged Sam when pairing looked wrong and he got me through it and now I just use the remote at night I would still buy them
Saved enough versus the appointment we almost booked that I stopped feeling behind on the house. Easy hang after the first window. Remote is not complicated. Dark at night. That is the useful version.

We saved enough versus the in-home bid that we added the office the same month. Quiet motor. Dark room. No chain hanging off a tall window.
Replaced the builder rollers that came with the house. I should have done it when we moved in. Packaging was better than most long boxes I have signed for, nothing crushed, hardware in the bag. Soft start on the motor is a small thing and I like it. Grouped three on one remote so they travel together. Local number for the same openings was enough to send me here the same night
