I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and your company. The professional workmanship is overwhelming and easy to install. This large picture window in front of our home looks amazing! Your design team and I had several conversations on how best to design for this project. Once all recommendations were considered and final measurements were made your team quickly went to work. They even doubled back and checked with me on n the final measurements. This is my third order and plan to continue to use this company until all twenty three windows in our home are treated with your shutters. Love your product, fairly easy to install and looks great! My home has many more windows that need your shutters installed. I was wondering how to avoid some of the cost. I understand that you have a business to run, overhead and employees that count on your business to support their families, however the shipping costs for my one shutter was very high. Could some of this be avoided somehow?

I haven’t opened the box yet. I will get to it. Opened today. Found it to be damaged. All the other orders were perfect. This one not so much.
Great fit and finish
I like the shutters and the frame unfortunately my opening was not level so we had to adjust the frame to fit. I would recommend getting the holes pre-drilled, I had to buy a bit for that part, little caps to cover the holes would have been nice. Overall happy with them and they were definitely the best price.

I could not be more pleased with my Coverly plantation shutters! I thought I might have to get someone to install them but a gal friend and I did it in less than an hour. Super easy and they look wonderful.
I installed my shutters this weekend, very simple to install. The one piece shutters placed perfectly in the small window and only took 20 minutes to screw it in. The large window took about an hour. Both fit perfectly and we love the look. I’ll be purchasing more for the rest of the house.

Love the speed with which they fabricated these shutters and they got them spot on!! The only negative point is that the instructions are very generic. My window had a specific install as there were 2 rails that needed to be installed in their respective sides. I figured it out but could've used some labels. Other than that 100% satisfied. Will buy the bedroom ones next!!!

Great customer service and the shutters look amazing in my spaces. I did get the guaranteed fit because I didn’t have help when I first ordered them. Coverly worked with me and sent the correct size. It was delivered earlier than promised. The only mishap was a couple of the louvers were not attached properly and were hanging off but luckily my husband was available to fix it. I recommend Coverly. The other vendors were more expensive and I can’t even tell the difference.
