The shutters were exactly what we hoped for. We have blinds in several rooms, and these are such an upgrade to those. A different quote we had was over double the price. The shutters are clearly built to last so the value is 10/10. Installation was straightforward, I will post a video.

We looked at lots of options for wood shutters and decided coverly was the best combination of quality and value. I did not want to pay $70 a square foot for wood shutters and thankfully we got these for less than half that.
I looked for months and months at Home Depot Lowe’s, Hunter Douglas, Budget Blinds, and the list goes on and for the size of our home it would’ve been a matter of several thousand dollars saved buying online. As with most home remodels, the budget gets eaten up quicker than you anticipate. I didn’t know what to expect buying from online, but after several conversations and a personal recommendation from a friend I ordered from Coverly. Our new blinds came in very fast and fit great. There was an issue With a crack on one of them but we got that replaced quickly and everything in the windows looks like new.
I am an avid and passionate DIYer and so I had to just get my shutters from Coverly. I ordered five shutters and the price was shocking, they were so much cheaper than the other online stores and even some local retailers. That’s why I love DIY, anyway, I had a great time installing them with my friends and everyone is jealous of my awesome new shutters. Thanks so much.
Great price for wood shutters
After spending $3000 I had high expectations. Currently does not disappoint.
Our second time ordering from Coverly. We had no problem moving forward, because our first experience was such a brief in our second order. Several of the slats on a shutter came broken after sending pictures and proof of the problem, a remake was immediately instituted And the new shutter came just fine. That is the kind of quick response you expect when making such an expensive purchase, great job.
Each new visitor we have in our home comments on our plantation blinds. We love them so much.
The process is very easy. Fill out the order form and there are info buttons for help asking the order form. They have chats if you have additional questions before ordering. I received a call from customer service to ask if I wanted to frame the shutters another way and then told me exactly what I needed to do. Install was easy. Very nice product! Customer service was very helpful.

These shutters exceeded my expectations for sure. Every detail was exactly as I specified and the quality of the wood and paint is excellent. Very minor adjustments were required to get the gaps perfect. My shutter frames are about 6 feet wide. The pre-drilled holes for mounting were only in the corners, which allowed the center to droop a bit. I would recommend adding an additional pre-drilled hole in the center for wide applications like mine going forward. I added this to mine very easily and was able to correct the panel gaps by preventing the droop. I was nervous that the LTL delivery company might damage my order, but everything arrived in excellent shape. Everything were very well packaged and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Excellent workmanship
Finally got around to installing the plantation shutters for my home office. They look great, both inside and from the street view.
Highly recommend. The customer service (Jacob) from Coverly was excellent. They answered all of my questions and made the ordering process super easy. The shutters arrived in great condition with no damage and fit our large window perfectly!! One panel had some minor paint issues on the inner side so, not a big deal. The shipping was a few days later than the estimate and their tracking site would never show any progress updates other than "in transit". I had to call the shipper and they were good about locating the order and scheduling the delivery.
Fits like a glove, easy install! Would recommend to anyone.
I ordered the Coverly painted wood exterior shutters and they look fantastic! The quality and finish are beautiful and really improved my home’s curb appeal. First we worked with Jacob who was awesome. We ordered our first shutter to make sure it fit to our liking......and it did. We then ordered the rest and they arrive about a week early. The best part of everything was it only took about an hour and 45minutes to install with zero problems and it saved me a ton of money with my contractor. He was not as happy as I was. I bought the budget friend outside-mount shutters for a spare bedroom. Shipping was very quick. I received my order in under 3 weeks which is faster than the big box stores. Even at this cost level, the shutters are well built and look fantastic. I will order more soon.

This is my second order from Coverly that arrived in a very timely manner. All perfectly crafted, beautifully painted and has a easy to wipe and clean surface. Fit perfectly in my Kitchen Window Space and took only a few minutes to install, as the factory does all the preparation work. Shutters are placed easily with four pins and it's all done. I love the new shutters and will not hesitate to purchase more for the other house windows because Coverly is a company I trust, and the Customer Service is Great.
